Spidacares Supports Black Lives Street Matter Mural in Stamford, CT
On July 19, Spidacares held a giveaway to support the creation of an inspiring Black Lives Matter street mural in Stamford, CT. The mural was painted by local artists as a work of hope and as a pledge to stand against racism in order to leave a positive legacy for future generations.
As the community gathered outside the Ferguson Library, Nicole and Jordan Mitchell gave Adidas facemasks, BodyArmor drinks, and Donovan’s signature shoes, DON Issue 1, to the artists and families who had come together to help paint the mural and act for justice.
Supporting the Black Lives Matter street mural in Stamford through his Spidacares foundation is one of the many ways during the NBA restart that Donovan Mitchell has continued to give back and highlight the need for change.
